Your complaint will not be anonymous. We may share its details, including your name, with the person you’re complaining about. We do this to notify them that a complaint has been made against them, and to give them a chance to respond. Please note, we cannot investigate complaints about whether an Officer’s decision or ruling was right, wrong or unfair.
An investigation into the correctness of a ruling or decision is called an appeal. Appeals are handled by appellate courts, like the Supreme Court of Victoria.
