Conduct Guideline on Judicial Bullying

Following consultation with the Victorian legal and court sector, the Judicial Commission of Victoria has released a Judicial Conduct Guideline on Judicial Bullying.

A copy of the guideline together with a paper summarising the key findings from the consultation and recommendations made to prevent and address judicial bullying can be accessed here (External link).
