Guidelines
The Commission has adopted the Australasian Institute for Judicial Administration Incorporated (AIJA) Guide to Judicial Conduct as guidelines about the standards of ethical and professional conduct expected of judicial officers.
The AIJA Guide to Judicial Conduct provides judicial officers with practical guidance about the conduct expected of them, but it is not a code or set of rules.
The Commission has also made guidelines about making a complaint and the award of costs.
